Sharwan Kumar Kaler founded the Rex Group in 1990. He is the driving force behind the company's exponential growth since the beginning of the new millennium. Under his visionary leadership, the company has grown from a single unit to a multi-unit manufacturing conglomerate.
Sohani Devi is the Co-Promoter and Wholetime Director of the Company. She has been actively associated with the Company since its incorporation, guiding its operational policies and production standards, and brings vast experience in PVC manufacturing.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar Kaler holds a BA degree from Delhi University and has been instrumental in driving marketing efforts. With extensive experience in Plastic, Bus Body, and Real Estate sectors, he has played a crucial role in strategic expansion.
Rajendra Kaler is B.Tech (Mechanical) from RTU Kota and holds an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK. With extensive experience in Plastic Industry and Bus Body Manufacturing, he directs operational innovation.
Kanhaiya Lal Sharma has a vast experience of more than 25 years in Accounts and Finance. He has been associated with the Company since 2010, managing financial strategy and corporate accounts as the CFO.
